Journey Church is a self-actualized congregation.
We have ministry teams that serve each Sunday to provide an enjoyable worship experience for our Members and Guest.
Journey Church has developed a system whereby no one is allowed to over commit. We have a mandatory rotation system that protects our members from the 20/80 phenomenon. (20 percent of the people doing 80 percent of the work)
